Manx Airlines and British Regional Airlines
A pictorial look at the history of the Isle of Man's own airline. The Author has chosen pictures that illustrate a number of the aircraft used primarily by Manx Airlines and eventually British Regional. Rarer pictures include those of Manx liveried Pipers, Beech 1900, as well BAe 146, Jetstream and BAC1-11. A short introduction sets the scene with a synopsis of it's history including routes from Carlisle to the island for example. The Author has listed most of the aircraft to almost date of publication, including registration numbers and a brief paragragh about the type used. Some colour pictures but most b/w.
