Consultation on proposals for civil penalties 30 September 2005

    The Financial Supervision Commission has issued a consultation document today (16 pages total) concerning its proposals for the introduction of civil (financial) penalties. We would be pleased to receive the views of all interested parties on the contents of this document, which may be found at Library/ Consultative Documents, entitled "Consultation on proposals for civil penalties". The proposals affect all the Commission's licenceholders. The consultation period runs until 25th November 2005.
