Laxey Torchlight Procession Order 2006 5 December 2006

Under Section 38 of the Highways Act 1986, the Department gives notice that the following roads in Laxey shall be closed between 6.45 p.m. and 7.45 p.m. on Wednesday 13 December 2006 whilst Laxey Torchlight Procession takes place:-

Glen Road from its junction with the entrance to the football pitch to its junction with Church Hill and Church Hill from its junction with Glen Road to its junction with New Road.

Copies of the Order are available for inspection at the Department’s Offices or any Police Station.

An offence against the Order will render the offender liable to a fine of £2,500.
