Disabled Persons' Vehicles (Ramsey) (Street Parking Places) Amendment No Order 2007 6 February 2007

The Departments gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1985, the effect of which will be to create a reserved parking place for disabled persons’ vehicles on a section of Parliament Street, Ramsey.

The place will be operational between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday with a maximum stay of 2 hours.

A draft copy of the Order and plan is available for inspection at the Department’s Highways reception desk on the ground floor at the Sea Terminal, Douglas, or the offices of Ramsey Commissioners, by any person, free of charge, during normal office hours on or before Monday 19 February 2007.

Any person wishing to make representations on or object to these proposals should do so by notice in writing to the Director of Highways, Department of Transport, Sea Terminal, Douglas, IM1 2RF on or before Monday 19 February 2007.
