Isle of Man Water Authority - Foot and Mouth Restrictions - lifted 24 August 2007

The Isle of Man Water Authority, following instructions from and consultation with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, is pleased to announce the lifting of all Foot and Mouth restrictions in relation to its reservoirs with effect from 8am on Saturday, 25th August 2007.

Access will therefore be reinstated to Sulby, Injebreck (east bank) reservoirs and Block Eairy and Eairy Dam, with signage being removed by Water Authority and DAFF staff as appropriate during Friday, 24th August.

Access restrictions to all other Reservoirs had already been lifted. For further information in relation to the DAFF restrictions being lifted follow this link:
