The Arts Council is pleased to announce that the winner of this year’s Noble Arts Award is Jack Wolter. Jack is a second year student at the IOM College studying for a National Diploma in Art and Design and won the competition with his larger than life human figurines.

Run by the Noble Healing Arts Programme, in collaboration with the IOM College, art students at the college have competed for the Noble Arts Award by submitting proposals for a piece of public art at Noble’s Hospital. The award is a glass trophy and £500.00. The Noble Arts Award is presented by the Arts Council as part of its commitment to the Noble Arts Programme at the new Noble’s Hospital. In addition to the award the winner will have the opportunity to work with the Co-ordinator of the Noble Arts Programme to raise funds to make and install their proposal at the hospital.
