IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE - Safety Recall – Clarks First Shoes Crawling Stage Shoes 4 June 2009

Safety Recall – Clarks First Shoes Crawling Stage Shoes

Styles affected: Little Kyle, Grizzly Bear, India Sparkle, Kirstin and Sparkle Toes.

The Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading wishes to make consumers aware of a potential safety problem with the sole units on a number of styles of Clarks First Shoes Crawling Stage Shoes sold over the past five months.

The shoes are being recalled by Clarks as it has been discovered that in a couple of cases a rubber moulding has become detached, resulting in small parts which could be a choking hazard to young children.

Pairs of these styles of shoes have been sold on the Island and anyone who has bought a pair should not continue to allow their children to wear them and instead return them to the Clarks store for a full refund. For further enquiries please call Clarks Customer helpline on 08444 995544.
