Harbours Act 2010 Section 25 Notice of Disposal of vessels 15 May 2012

The Department gives notice that it intends to dispose of two dinghies, registration numbers PC2938 and PC4287 presently in the boat park in Peel Harbour, in accordance with Section 25 of the Harbours Act 2010 (the “Act”).

The Department hereby gives notice that due to the condition of the vessels condition, after twenty one days have elapsed from the date of this Notice appearing on the Department’s website and also in a newspaper published and circulating in the Island, the Department will dispose of the above vessel.
