DHSS announce new Noble's Hospital Manager 29 February 2008

The Department of Health and Social Security is delighted to announce that Mrs. Barbara Scott has been appointed to the position of Hospital Manager at Noble’s Hospital. Mrs. Scott has been Acting Hospital Manager at Noble’s for 16 months and was appointed to the position after a rigorous selection process.

Hon W E Teare MHK, Minister for Health and Social Security said,

“I am very pleased with Mrs. Scott’s appointment as Noble’s Hospital Manager. This appointment will bring stability to the management team at Noble’s Hospital and I wish her well for the future.”

Mrs Pam Crowe MLC, Member for Health said,

“I am extremely happy to hear of Barbara’s appointment. Barbara has been doing an excellent job managing the Hospital during a difficult period and I am sure her admirable work will continue in the coming years.”

Norman McGregor Edwards, Director of Health Strategy and Performance said,

“Barbara has done an outstanding job at Noble’s, dealing with some very challenging changes. I am delighted that she has now been appointed to the permanent position of Hospital Manager and I look forward with great confidence to working with her in the coming years.”
