Public Transport Division Passenger Information Updated 1400hrs Sunday 10th January 2010 10 January 2010

As a result of the improvement in the weather conditions the Department is pleased to announce a resumption of normal bus services commencing with the first bus on Monday morning. The following exceptions will apply:

Service 1 & 2 The Sound, Bradda and Derby Haven will not be served.
Service 3 & 13 Old Laxey Village and Ballaragh will not be served.
Service 5 & 6Due to road closures the Hope will not be served.
Service 16 - 20 Will operate as normal service.
Service 21 Hazel and Heather Crescent at Pulrose will not be served.

Evening services will be restored from Monday, 11th January 2010.

The special routes operated on the following school buses will continue for tomorrow morning so there is no confusion to where children will be picked up.

All school services on the morning of Monday 11th January will operate normally with the following exceptions:

Service 9A Ballaughton Manor Hill and Ballabrooie will not be served.
Service 9CBallabrooie will not be served.
Service 10 Route will operate from Kirk Michael via the Coast Road and Peel to St Johns, Cronk-y-Voddy and Ballacraine will not be served.
Service 17B Lhen and Kiondrogohad Road will not be served.
Service 20A Smeale & Point of Ayre will not be served.
Service 29Cancelled.
Service 32A, 33 & 33AHazel and Heather Crescent at Pulrose will not be served.
Service 38 & 42 Lakeside and Ballachrink will not be served.
Service 39 & 40Birch Hill will not be served.
Service 44This route will operate but Old Laxey Village will not be served.
Service 45Will operate from Strang but Abbeylands, Baldwin and Mount Rule will not be served.
Service 52Ballaughton Manor Hill will not be served.
Service 63Bradda will not be served.
Service 64Cancelled.
Service 66Braaid & St Marks will not be served.

The Ramsey and North school buses will run as per the services operated on Friday, 8th January 2010.

Normal routings will return to all these school services for the homeward journey Monday, 11th January 2010.
