Information
Who needs a Gym Induction?
Anyone who wants to use the NSC Fitness Zone gym needs to have an induction,
regardless of past experience or qualifications.
What is a Gym Induction?
Basically, a Gym Induction is your opportunity to experience the following:
- Instruction/Demonstration of all exercise equipment
- Tour of facilities
- Information on Fitness Zone operation and what is available to you
- Health & Safety/Emergency Evacuation instructions
How long will it last?
Inductions will take 45-60 minutes depending on the size of the group.
Maximum group size is 5 persons and the induction will be taken by a
qualified instructor.
What do I wear?
We strongly advise that you wear suitable sports wear.
Do I need to do anything?
An induction entitles you to use the NSC Fitness Zone at your leisure,
however, failure to attend 'the gym' within a 12 month period, may result
in a re-take of the induction charged at normal rate.
You must book and pay for your induction in person at the NSC reception.
