    The Commission have been notified that the Customs and Excise Division of the Isle of Man Treasury announced changes to Sanctions Notice 9 on 17th October 2005.

    The changes to the Notice relate to the existing entries in respect of Hani El Sayyed Elsebai Yusef and El Sayed Ahmad Fathi Hussein Elaiwa.
