    The Commission have been notified that the Customs and Excise Division of the Isle of Man Treasury announced amendments to Sanctions Notices 7 and 9 on 10th October 2005.

    The amendments comprise:

    1) the removal of one name from the list of persons subject to restrictive measures under Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1763/2004 with effect from 8th October 2005. Persons listed under that Regulation were those indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and;

    2) the addition of 7 individuals to the list of those subject to restrictive measures under the Al-Qa'ida and Taliban (United Nations Measures) (Isle of Man) Order 2002, having been added to the relevant United Nations sanctions lists on 29th September 2005
