Formally known as the Junior Library, this building has undergone a major refurbishment which has taken over five years to complete, and now it's a fabulous place for all the family to visit and enjoy.

Librarian in charge Mary Cousins should in particular be praised for all the time and effort she has devoted to this refurbishment, along with everyone at the Works Division who have managed to produce such a superb standard of workmanship.

The opening was well attend by a number of guests and library members, and Peter Kelly was also available to give a short history of the building as it goes into it's one hundredth year.

Anyone who hasn't visited the library yet should make the effort to do so - it's open to all ages and well worth the trip!Guests at Library

    • Tues - Friday 10 - 12.30 and 1.30 - 5 pm
    • Saturday 10 - 4 pm
