Changes to Sanctions Notice 9 by the Isle of Man Treasury 12 December 2005

    AFGHANISTAN (UNITED NATIONS SANCTIONS) (ISLE OF MAN) ORDER 2001

    TERRORISM (UNITED NATIONS MEASURES) (ISLE OF MAN) ORDER 2001

    AL-QA’IDA AND TALIBAN (UNITED NATIONS MEASURES) (ISLE OF MAN) ORDER 2002

    EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (TERRORISM MEASURES) ORDER 2002

    The Commission have been notified that the Customs and Excise Division of the Isle of Man Treasury announced changes to Sanctions Notice 9 on 8th December 2005.

    The changes to the Notice adds the names of one entity and 11 individuals to the list of those proscribed under above listed Orders.
