Investigation into the Price Charged by Nursing Homes in the Isle of Man 22 May 2006

The Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading is investigating, at the request of the Council of Ministers, the appropriateness of the level of charges currently being charged by Isle of Man nursing homes. The investigation is being carried out under Section 19 of the Fair Trading Act 1996.

The Office of Fair Trading would wish to receive views from any interested members of the public on the topic. The Office therefore invites any person or organisation who believes they may have information which is pertinent to the investigation to submit their comments in writing to Kirsty Hemsley at the following address:-

Letters should be received no later than 16th June 2006. Please identify any information which you would wish to remain confidential as relevant information received will be appended to the final report.
