Onchan Orders 17 November 2006

The Department gives notice that it has made the following Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1985:

1. The Village District of Onchan (Various Roads) (Consolidation of Waiting Restrictions) (Amendment) (No 1) Order 2006 - the effect of which is to install a short section of no waiting restrictions on Church Avenue, Onchan.

2. District of Onchan (Various Roads) (Reserved Parking Places) (Amendment) (No 3) Order 2006 – the effect of which is to create a reserved parking place for a vehicle displaying a permit, issued by the Department, outside No 2 Church Avenue, Onchan.

3. District of Onchan (Various Roads) (Reserved Parking Places) (Amendment) (No 4) Order 2006 – the effect of which is to create a reserved parking place for a vehicle displaying a permit, issued by the Department, outside No 24 Central Drive, Onchan.

Copies of the Orders are available for inspection at the Department’s Highways reception desk on the ground floor at the Sea Terminal, Douglas, or the offices of Onchan Commissioners, by any person, free of charge, during normal office hours.
