Revocation of Reserved Parking Places 6 February 2007

The Department gives notice that it proposes to make the following Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1985:-

1. Borough of Douglas (Various Roads) (Reserved Parking Places) Revocation) (No ) Order 2007 – the effect of which will be to revoke and remove reserved parking places on sections of the following roads in Douglas: 1. Allan Street 4. Hilary Road 7. Snaefell Road 2. Harris Terrace 5. Hillside Avenue 3. Hazel Crescent 6. Selborne Drive

2. District of Onchan (Various Roads) (Reserved Parking Places) (Revocation) (No ) Order 2007 – the effect of which will be to revoke and remove a reserved parking place on a section of Ashley Park, Onchan.

3. Laxey Village District and Parish of Lonan (Various Roads) (Reserved Parking Places) (Revocation) (No ) Order 2007 – the effect of which will be to revoke and remove a reserved parking place on a section of Main Road, Fairy Cottage, Laxey.

4. Town of Ramsey (Various Roads) (Reserved Parking Places) (Revocation) (No ) Order 2007 – the effect of which will be to revoke and remove a reserved parking place on a section of Tower Road in Ramsey.

5. The Village District of Port Erin (Various Roads) (Reserved Parking Places) (Revocation) (No ) Order 2007 – the effect of which will be to revoke and remove a reserved parking place on a section of Shore Road in Port Erin.

A draft copy of the Orders with plan is available for inspection at the Department’s Highways reception desk on the ground floor at the Sea Terminal, Douglas, Douglas Corporation or the appropriate Commissioners, by any person, free of charge, during normal office hours, on or before Monday 19 February 2007.

Any person wishing to make representations on or object to these proposals should do so by notice in writing to the Director of Highways, Department of Transport, Sea Terminal, Douglas, IM1 2RF, on or before Monday19 February 2007.
