Notice to tram travellers - new disc zone in Strathallan Crescent, Douglas 30 March 2007

The Department of Transport announces that a new disc zone in Strathallan Crescent, Douglas will come into operation on Monday, 2nd April 2007.

Vehicles parking in the disc zone will be restricted to parking for no longer than 2 hours within any four hour period between 8.00am and 8.00pm every day and must display a clock disc in the windscreen of the vehicle.

Visitors using the Manx Electric Railway and the Horse Trams should park on the seaside of the Promenade where longer term parking is permitted for cars and small vans (not exceeding 2 tonnes maximum laden weight and not exceeding 4.5 metres in length.)
