Greenfield Road Douglas - temporary road closure 9 May 2007

Greenfield Road, Douglas will be closed from 5am on Saturday, 12th May 2007 until 4pm on Monday, 14th May 2007 to allow the installation of a new water main across this stretch of road.

This essential mainslaying work is being carried out under the banner of the Authority’s Crystal Project which is the building of the new Douglas Water Treatment Works and its associated schemes.

The Crystal Project team apologises for any inconvenience caused as a consequence of this essential work.

Work on the building of the new Water Treatment Works is continuing at a pace with the new works due to come on line at the beginning of 2008.
