More than 80 students who are taking art will show off work in a wide range of disciplines, including painting, drawing, ceramics, silk painting and batik.

The exhibition will consist of course work the students have produced over the past two years together with their examination pieces.

The design and technology students will display their personal projects in a range of media, showing some individual solutions to design briefs.

The exhibition takes place in the upper school hall and art and technology rooms at St Ninian’s High School on 22 May between 7pm and 9pm.

Head of Art Janice Rotheroe said:

‘The exhibition is a rewarding evening as it gives an opportunity for family and friends to see the talents and personal achievements of the students.’

She added:

‘We would extend a warm welcome to anyone wishing to join the students in celebrating their achievements.’
