Taxation of Pension Schemes - Extra Statutory Concessions - Government Circulars 20/07 & 21/07 28 June 2007

The Income Tax Division, on behalf of Treasury, is today announcing two new Extra Statutory Concessions:

GC 20/07 – Concurrency of Personal Pension Plans and Occupational Pension Schemes

GC 21/07 – Approved Pension Schemes:Trivial Commutation Lump Sums
