Consultation on the Collective Investment Schemes (Definition) Order 2008 25 March 2008

The Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”), as part of the current consolidation of regulatory legislation, has published a consultation on a draft Collective Investment Schemes (Definition) Order 2008. This order, which aims to replicate current arrangements, sets out the characteristics of arrangements that will not be treated as collective investment schemes under the Collective Investment Schemes Bill 2008.

The Commission welcomes responses on any aspect of this consultation and would be grateful if comments could be submitted by no later than 25th April 2008.
