Bradda Glen Report for May Tynwald 25 April 2008

A Council of Ministers report and recommendation on the future of Bradda Glen, café and headland will be presented to the May sitting of Tynwald, Chief Minister Tony Brown MHK has confirmed.

The issue has been under consideration by a Council of Ministers working group established following a Tynwald resolution of July 2007 requesting the Council to consider the future of the area to ascertain whether it should be ‘secured for the benefit of Port Erin and the nation.’

The working group comprised DAFF Minister Phil Gawne MHK (chairman), Phil Braidwood MHK and Eddie Lowey MLC.

It is expected that the Council of Ministers report will be published, along with other documents relating to the May Tynwald, on the afternoon of Thursday May 8.
