Revised Opening Hours of Noble’s Hospital Blood Clinic “Drop-In” Service during TT Fortnight 28 May 2008

The Department of Health and Social Security has announced that, in order to maintain a phlebotomy service to ward areas during the particularly busy TT period, it has been necessary to amend the opening hours of the blood clinic “drop-in” service at Noble’s Hospital.

During this period, the service will be available to the general public at the following times for routine blood tests:-

Tuesday 27th May 12.30pm-4.00pm
Wednesday 28th May 12.30pm-4.00pm
Thursday 29th May 12.30pm-4.00pm
Friday 30th May Closed
Monday 2nd June 12.30pm-4.00pm
Tuesday 3rd June 12.30pm-4.00pm
Wednesday 4th June 12.30pm-4.00pm
Thursday 5th June 12.30pm-4.00pm
Friday 6th June Closed – Bank Holiday

Patients who have been asked not to eat prior to having specific blood test or who require urgent blood tests can attend the blood clinic each morning between Tuesday and Friday 9.00 am and 12.00 noon.

Pre-booked early morning appointments will continue during this period.

The Department regrets any inconvenience caused during this temporary restriction, but trusts that members of the public will appreciate the need to be prepared for the extreme pressures which can be placed upon hospital services during the busy TT period.
