Tower of Refuge Turns Pink for Breast Cancer Research 28 October 2010

The Department of Infrastructure is marking ‘Wear it Pink Day’ by turning one of the Isle of Man’s most well-known landmarks pink!

This Friday (29th October), the lights illuminating the Tower of Refuge will be turned pink to highlight the close of ‘Wear it Pink Day’.

The Department’s staff will be making a donation to the ‘Breast Cancer Campaign Wear it Pink Day’ from monies raised from cake sales and for wearing something pink to work.
