Don’t Forget To Register To Vote 8 June 2011 Government is reminding residents of the need to ensure their inclusion on the next Electoral Registration list currently being compiled by the Treasury’s Electoral Registration Unit. Completion of the annual registration form ensures that you will be eligible to vote in any local authority elections which might arise during the year as well as the General Election which will be held on the 29th September 2011. Registration forms have recently been delivered to every household on the Island. Registration is not for life and so you should ensure that your details are included in the registration form every year. Current registers are available for inspection at local authority offices around the Island as well as the General Registry and the Electoral Registration Unit in Douglas.
