Advertising, Distribution and Promotion of Financial Products or Services Guidance 2 November 2012

The Commission has published a guidance note which reminds licenceholders how particular rules contained within the Financial Services Rule Book 2011 apply to the above topic, and also to illustrate the powers available to the Commission when it needs to enforce these rules.
