Four Day Hombre for TT Week 12 May 2004

Rushen Round Table has announced that it has secured the up and coming Leeds band, Four Day Hombre to play in TT week. The band will headline a gig on Saturday 5 June, held at Talons Nightclub in Port Erin, in aid of the Joey Dunlop Injured Riders Fund. Support will be from two local bands, Muldane and Romero.

Four Day Hombre was formed in Leeds in 1998 and its recent single "The First Word Is the Hardest" completely sold out following features on Steve Lamacq's Radio 1 Evening Session and Xfm. The single was released after the group was signed to Crystal Songs, the developmental label owned by PR company Hall Or Nothing, who deal with names like the Manics, Stereophonics, Radiohead, Oasis and Feeder.

The five-piece band have played all over the UK and in the process supported the likes of JJ72, The Coral, The Frames, Seafood, Martin Grech, the Broken Family Band, Miss Black America and And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead.
