Douglas Orders 22 January 2007

The Department gives notice that it has made the following Orders under Sections 1 and 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1985:-

1. BOROUGH OF DOUGLAS (VARIOUS ROADS) (RESERVED PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT) (NO 22) ORDER 2006 – the effect of which will be on and from Wednesday 31 January 2007, to create a reserved parking place on a section of James Street, in the Borough of Douglas, for vehicles displaying a permit issued by the Department.

2. BOROUGH OF DOUGLAS (VARIOUS ROADS) (RESERVED PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT) (NO 23) ORDER 2006 – the effect of which will be on and from Wednesday 31 January 2007, to create a reserved parking place on a section of Watterson Lane, in the Borough of Douglas, for vehicles displaying a permit issued by the Department.

Copies of the Orders are available for inspection at the Department’s Highways reception desk on the ground floor at the Sea Terminal, Douglas, or Douglas Corporation, Town Hall, Ridgeway Street, Douglas, by any person, free of charge during normal office hours.
