Companies Registry 4 December 2008

Computer System Change - Friday 5th December 2008

The Information Systems Division of Treasury will be implementing a number of significant changes to the technical infrastructure supporting the Companies Registry database and associated systems on Friday 5th December 2008.

The change involves a copy and transfer of all the data held on the Companies Registry database and until this has been completed and validated the staff will be unable to process any new name approvals, documents or incorporate 1931 Act companies and business names.

The Companies Registry will be open for the delivery and collection of documents as usual on Friday. Public viewing and search facilities in Finch Hill House will be unaffected as will the on-line internet search facility.

The Commission apologises for any inconvenience and expects normal business to resume on Monday. If you require any additional information please contact John Wilkinson on 689343.
