Flights on Ceefax 24 June 2004

In response to requests from members of the public, the Isle of Man Airport Department is pleased to announce that all flight information can now be accessed via Ceefax page 454.

This will benefit those members of the public who do not have ready access to the Internet and confirms the Airport Department’s commitment to improving the way that we do business.

To reduce costs, the page is shared with Glasgow Airport which appears before the Isle of Man Airport on the screen.

Philip Pain, Airport Director said:

“This new way of accessing information not only assists those who do not have access to the Internet but also advertises the Isle of Man Airport's growing number of destinations to a wider public. This can only help to improve passenger figures and the number of visitors to the island."
