Indoor Bowling Hall
The indoor bowls hall has a playing surface of 36x23.4m divided into five rinks each 4.6m wide. Please book in advance up to seven days ahead by telephone or in person at the NSC main reception. All bookings start on half past the hour. Bowls shoes must be worn at all times on the green. No crepe soled or heeled shoes. The bowls together with shoes may be hired from the centre or players may use their own (NO crown woods). Jacks and mats are provided by the NSC. Personal belongings should be stored in lockers provided. A 50p coin will be required, though is returned after use.

Indoor Bowls Season Ticket
A seasonal ticket runs through the winter months and offers a variety of benefits including: Use of a rink seven days a week (Equipment hire NOT included), Entry to indoor leagues and round robins organised by the NSC Bowls Association, and reduced locker hire for the season at 10 pounds (+ 2 pounds returnable deposit).

Location

In Pulrose, near Douglas on the east side of the island.

By Vehicle:
Travel to Douglas and then follow signs to Pulrose.

By Bus:
Douglas can be reached by most main bus routes. Buses passing through Pulrose are 1, 1C, 2, 4, 4B, 14.

By Railway:
By Electric Railway, take the trams heading to Douglas. Then walk along the promenade to town to Lords Street. Continue along Lords Street as it turns into Peel Road and then continue on it to Pulrose, about a mile.
(Note: It is a long walk, there are always buses and in the summer a regular service by the Horse Drawn Trams.)

By Steam Railway, take the train to Douglas and then walk along Peel Road to Pulrose, about a mile away.
