History
A Manx charity providing a rescue and shelter service for cats on the Isle
of Man. Self Funding the charity aims to rehabilitate and re-home cats and
kittens after losing their home. To promote responsible pet ownership,
animal welfare and care. Taking care of unwanted animals is a big task and
can be reduced by neutering, therefore all the cats that enter the sanctuary
are neutered before re-homing. There is a 24 hours emergency rescue vehicle
available if needed and the sanctuary is opened to the public for viewings.
Location
Near Santon in the south part of the Island.
By Vehicle:
Take the A5 between Castletown and Douglas. The Sanctuary is located in
Santon and is well sign posted.
By Bus:
Take the no 1 or no 2 bus, getting off at Santon. The Sanctuary is a short
walk away.
By Railway:
Take the Electric Railway to Douglas and then take the Steam Railway to
the Santon Stop. Walk to the B26, turn left heading towards the A5. Then
continue right along this road to the Sanctuary, which is sign posted.

Visiting
A lovely place with a warm and caring atmosphere. There are many animals
roaming the grounds and all were happy for attention, especially the cats.
Sit and enjoy an afternoon with some very friendly felines.
