NSC Aerobic Classes and Circuit Training

Gentle Circuits
A very low intensity circuit session. Under the supervision of a qualified instructor you will be put through an enjoyable warm up before starting a circuit that gently improves your fitness and tones the muscles. Ideal if you have been inactive or recovering from illness.

The Next Step
The class is designed for the beginner. Easy to follow routines followed by abdominal and back exercises.

Cardioblast
Exactly what it says. Be prepared to work hard!! A high energetic class with Hi/Lo Choreography. Great moves and music that will give you a brilliant high energy fat burning workout.

Circuit Training
Mondays - Suitable for all abilities, competitive or non-competitive. Designed to help you improve your general fitness, everyone is made welcome.

Wednesdays - Fitness for Fun. A fun way to lose those unwanted pounds, fun circuits, running games and fun replays, all in a friendly environment.

Step Fit
Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. This class incorporates easy step choreography using all the aspects of the step plus a toning section for the upper body with or without hand weights. Includes Pre and Post workout stretch.

Fitness 101
An aerobics class for those who prefer 'easy to follow' routines. This is a low impact class and is great for people who want to try a class for the first time or for those who like to keep things simple.

Weighted Work Out
Always wanted to work with free weights but not sure how to start? This is the class for you! Great for toning all muscles groups to re shape your body with added benefits of bone-density, strengthening and improvements to body compositions (muscle/fat ratio). Class also includes post stretch and relaxation.

Step
Enjoy a step class with choreography that is easy to follow. Tone with or without weights, finishing with exercises that work the abdominal. An ideal class for the beginner or the advanced. Come and give it a go and tell us what you think!

Location

In Pulrose, near Douglas on the east side of the island.

By Vehicle:
Travel to Douglas and then follow signs to Pulrose.

By Bus:
Douglas can be reached by most main bus routes. Buses passing through Pulrose are 1, 1C, 2, 4, 4B, 14.

By Railway:
By Electric Railway, take the trams heading to Douglas. Then walk along the promenade to town to Lords Street. Continue along Lords Street as it turns into Peel Road and then continue on it to Pulrose, about a mile.
(Note: It is a long walk, there are always buses and in the summer a regular service by the Horse Drawn Trams.)

By Steam Railway, take the train to Douglas and then walk along Peel Road to Pulrose, about a mile away.
