Martin Farley was fatally injured in a crash at Alpine Cottage on the final lap
of the 2003 Manx Grand Prix Newcomers' Race.
He was riding a 599 Yamaha and had been in 5th position at the end of the 3rd
lap.
Mr Farley was 36 years old and a maintenance engineer from Wakefield. He had
returned to racing after a 15 year break and left behind a wife and two children. |
