Description: T.T. Practice Week. Motor Cycle Practicing on Saturday 26th, Monday 28th, Tuesday 29th, Wednesday 30th, Thursday 31st May and Friday 1st June, on the T.T. Mountain Circuit, from 1815. Starting on the Saturday evening with a free practice session although the laps will count towards qualifying, they will not be timed. ROADS CLOSE ON THE MOUNTAIN ROAD AT 5PM. THE REMAINDER OF THE COURSE WILL CLOSE AT 6PM. FOR PRACTICE SESSIONS EACH EVENING. Mountain Circuit, Douglas.

Description: Staying The Course / T.T. Exhibition. A major review of the last 100 years of T.T. history, focusing on the people who made it happen, the riders, marshals, manufacturers and spectators. Description: Ramsey Motorcycle Sprint. The Sprint has been run since 1978 and is one of the biggest events outside the TT races. It regularly attracts crowds of 20,000 and above. The event has a tremendous atmosphere with the spectators watching the races whilst soaking up the sun. Course closed from 9am until 5pm. FREE entry and parking. The Thunderdome Games is a 30 minute choreographed show, set against a post-apocalyptic backdrop, where the theme is the meetings of rival bike gangs who 'face off' in demonstrations of high-octane skill. The show will include freestyle motocross, quad bikes, mini bike stunts including a 360 flip, superbike and road bike tricks all leading up to the shows spectacular climax of precision stunts and heart stopping manoeuvres. The Isle of Man section of the VMCC is planning to hold a commemorative event as part of a 4 day rally on Sunday 3rd July. Description: Indian Riders Meet. To celebrate the centenary of Indian Motorcycles taking 1st, 2nd and 3rd places at the first TT races around the Mountain Circuit in 1911, the Indian Riders Motorcycle Club are holding their annual club rally in the Isle of Man. On Monday 29th August, the Club will be coming to Port St Mary. It's estimated that between 60 and 100 bikes will be attending, ranging from early 1900's to more recent models and visiting from as far afield as Germany, France and the USA. There will also be various inflatable rides, face painting and much more including the obligatory sustenance for a motorcycle rally; the Pig Roast. Headquartered at the TT Grandstand the Lighthouses Challenge offers three individual course distances that follow the stunning IOM coastline visiting the lighthouses en-route. It has proved to be a much needed and welcomed event that compliments the TT races. Owing to circumstances beyond our control we have had to move it this year to Peel.
