This news release is issued in respect of the asset freezing measures relating to Libya.

Annex III to Council Regulation (EC) No 204/2011 has been amended with effect from 23 April 2013, following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 364/2013.

The amendment takes the form of the removal of one individual from Annex III.

The individual removed from Annex III is no longer subject to the asset freeze imposed by Regulation 204/2011.
