STORYLINE SYNOPSIS |
A silent film tells the tale of two school friends, who fall for the same
woman. Pete is a humble fisherman, where as Phil is a successful lawyer.
Pete intends to marry Kate, once he has enough money, but has no idea
that Phil also loves Kate. When news comes home that Pete had died
aboard, Phil and Kate share a secret passion. Things go bad when
Pete returns, dissolving the rumours of his demise. Kate and Phil are quick
to cover their forbidden love from Pete, but can they keep up the
deception forever...
